How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All US orders $60 and over ship free. Orders under $60 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at suhaibhassan.nazzal@gmail.com. We can modify orders within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be changed.

Products

How do I size the harness?
Measure the widest point of your dog’s chest. S: 40–60 cm / M: 55–70 cm / L: 66–90 cm / XL: 78–105 cm. When between sizes, go larger.

Will the no-pull harness stop my dog from pulling?
The front clip redirects momentum sideways, naturally discouraging pulling. Most owners notice improvement within days. It works best alongside consistent training.

Is the gear suitable for large, strong breeds?
Yes. The harness XL is rated for chest up to 105 cm. All leashes use heavy-duty nylon suited to strong, large breeds.
