30-Day Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your ROVÉ purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions. No restocking fees.
How to return
- Email suhaibhassan.nazzal@gmail.com with your order number and the product you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original or equivalent packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and undamaged
Wrong item or defect?
We’ll replace or refund it immediately at no cost. Email us with a photo and your order number.
