Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States. Every order includes tracking — you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive sooner — we quote the honest range, not the best-case one.

Order tracking
Track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — carriers sometimes update in batches. If anything looks off, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Something wrong with your order?
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
